Biscuit and Gravy Combo review by Carol Ann
One of the best breakfast places I've been to in the USA! Extensive menu with specials. CLEAN interior, Attentive (but not lurking) waitstaff who seem genuinely happy to work there. Usually no wait for table. Fruit cups (included in most breakfasts) have strawberries, blackberries and blueberries... YUM! Orange juice really IS fresh squeezed; I saw the whole oranges delivered. We had all breakfasts and most lunches there during our 6-day stay in town!! BONUS: VERY attractively priced.

I absolutely love sausage gravy and biscuits! I'd say Maple & Yolk's is the best I've had! The biscuits literally melt in my mouth and the gravy is perfection!! 10 all the way!!

My favorite dish from Maple & Yolk - the skillets overall are incredible with half of a fresh avocado. For this one specifically, the corn, beans, vegetables, and cheese all blend super well together. The chicken is delicious and well seasoned. It's super filling and a classic dish for Urbana Champaign!

I ordered the basic omlet for pickup. It was ready when i arrived just 12 minutes later. All the foid was excellent! A little pricy, but very good place.

I have now been to Maple and Yolk five times and have yet to get something other than the Tex Mex skillet, despite the rest of the menu also looking incredible. It is so well-prepared and ridiculously tasty given how healthy it is overall. The service is always impeccable and we have always been in and out in under an hour.

So delicious. There were five of us total and each had something different and equally delicious. But it wasn't just the food, the servers were all so attentive and gracious. All so hardworking and provided a fantastic experience.

Holy WOW!!! This skillet is delicious. All the flavors work so well together. The harvest skillet was AMAZING! By far the most delicious breakfast I've ever had in my 40+ years!! I wish I lived close so I could be a regular customer! My server, Vee, was amazing too! I'd highly recommend eating here (over and over again!!)
